Yes, NDIM does offer a two-year full-degree PGDM programme, divided into four semesters. NDIM doesn't offer MBA courses. The total tuition fee for MBA at IGNOU ranges between INR 6,300 and INR 68,000. This fee is sourced from the sanctioning body/official website.
