DNB PDCET 2021, FMGE June 2021 exams to be held as per schedule, NBE confirms

A number of exams including NEET PG 2021, JEE Main April session, and many other entrance tests have been postponed recently amid rising number of COVID-19 cases across the country. In an official notification released on April 24, 2021, AIIMS also announced the deferment of INI CET 2021 exam for July session.

NBE has also called for COVID-19 appropriate behaviour during the conduct of DNB PDCET 2021 and FMGE 2021 examinations to be held as per the schedule. DNB PDCET which stands for Diplomate of National Board Post Diploma Centralized Entrance Test is a ranking examination. DNB PDCET 2021 is conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to various post diploma DNB courses. The exam will be held on May 9, 2021 in computer-based mode across 23 test centres across the country.

FMGE or Foreign Medical Graduate Examination is a licensing examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). An Indian citizen or OCI who has completed their primary medical qualification from an institution outside India, but wishes to practice in India needs to clear this examination to register with the National Medical Commission (NMC)/State Medical Council (SMC). FMGE June 2021 exam is scheduled to be held on June 18 in online mode.
