CA Final May 2026 Exam

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India will commence CA Final May exam 2026 from tomorrow (May 02, 2026). The exam for all 6 papers is scheduled til May 12, 2026. The mode of examination is offline and candidates are required to reach the exam centre along with their admit card and valid photo ID proof. ICAI has already released CA Final hall tickets for registered candidates at icai.org. Read below to get important instructions to be followed on D-day.

ICAI CA Final Exam Day Instructions

Candidates taking exam must keep following instructions in mind.

• Reach the exam centre at least one hour before exam time, i.e., by 1 PM.
• Make an exam day bag and put important documents in it (admit card and photo proof ID), so you don't forget on exam day.
• Write your answers in Hindi only if you have selected the same during registration.
• As Paper 6 open book exam, bring only those study materials that are eligible.
• You cannot exchange your material inside the exam room/hall (for Paper 6).

Note: According to official website, material for CA Final Paper 6 exam includes "hard copy of study materials, practice manuals, revisionary test paper supplied by ICAI, text books, bare Acts, notes by students or any other reference material."

CA Final Exam 2026: What Not to Carry?

Candidates must not carry following items on exam day:

• Mobile phone, earphones and other such electronic item
• Any stationary item other than a ball point pen
• Jewellery and valuables
