ICAI CA Form Correction Window Closes Today
ICAI CA exam form correction window for CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final September forms is set to close today. The ICAI CA September exam application process started on July 5 and ended on July 21, 2025. The form correction process started on July 22, 2025.
Students who have registered for CA Foundation, CA Inter and CA Final exams of September 2025 phase can edit their test city option and exam medium. No other field is editable in the CA application form. CA exam form correction can be done at the eservices website of the ICAI. Students who wish to edit their form must do so before 5:00 pm today, as the window will not be reopened and the CA admit cards will be issued according to the preference mentioned in the form.
CA Exams 2025: Important Dates
CA exam admit cards for Foundation, Inter and Final will be issued about 15 days before the exam dates. Check below the test schedule.

- Go to ICAI SSP portal: https://eservices.icai.org/
- Login with registration number and password
- Go to your CA exam form and make changes if required
- Review the details and submit the form

Yes, candidates can fill the CA form partly before and complete it later but they must ensure to complete the form filling and submission process before the last date so that their application is accepted. The ICAI provides late fee submission facility to candidates for a week, however candidates should submit the form at the earliest, to avoid paying the late fee.
