ICAI CA January 2026 Registration Starts Today; Apply for CA Foundation, Inter and Final
ICAI CA registration for January 2026 exams is starting from today. Eligible students can apply for CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final exams at the eservices website of the examination agency. Check details.

CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final exam registration for January 2026 phase is starting from today. CA exam registration form 2026 can be accessed at the eservices website of the ICAI. Eligible candidates can simply log in and fill the exam form. CA Foundation applicants, registering for the first time will have to create a login ID.
Last date to apply for CA January 2026 exam is November 16 without late fee and November 19 with late fee. The form correction window will open from November 20 to 22, 2025.

CA Foundation exam will be held on January 18, 20, 22 and 24, 2026. CA Inter exam will be held on January 6, 8 and 10, 2026 (Group 1) and January 12, 15 and 17, 2026 (Group 2). CA Final exam will be held on January 5, 7 and 9, 2026 (Group 1) and January 11, 13 and 16, 2026 (Group 2).
How to Apply for CA Exam January 2026
CA exam form can be filled in online mode only. Students have to follow the process given below:
- Log on to ICAI eservices website
- Enter user ID and password
- Click on sign in
- Go to examination form of your course
- Fill it up with relevant details
- Add photo and signature
- Pay the fee and complete the process

CA January 2026 exam will be held in over 100 cities across India and nine overseas location. The option to select test city will be given in the CA exam application form.
Candidates have to pay INR 600 as late fee to submit the CA Final exam application form after the last date has passed. For candidates appearing for the exam at overseas centres, the late fee amount is USD 10. CA Final late fee window remains open for a limited period of time, which is around 3-4 days after the original deadline. Candidates who do not submit their form even during the late fee window, will not be allowed to submit it later.
While filling the CA Final exam form, candidates are required to upload some documents of identification, which include:
· Scanned copies of CA Foundation and CA Intermediate mark sheets.
· A recent passport size photo with white background
· A scanned copy of student's signature on white paper
· Reserved Category certificate (if applicable
· Nationality Proof (for foreign students)
· Proof of articleship

Yes, candidates can fill the CA form partly before and complete it later but they must ensure to complete the form filling and submission process before the last date so that their application is accepted. The ICAI provides late fee submission facility to candidates for a week, however candidates should submit the form at the earliest, to avoid paying the late fee. Until the ICAI CA exam form is submitted and fee amount is paid, the form will remain incomplete. Thus, candidates must comply by the registration deadline to be eligible to appear for the exam.
