The job role requires candidates to help us provide world-class customer service and be able to work 9 hours to match when our customers need us most.
Job Role: Customer Service Associate (English speaking)
Job Type: Contract (1 month)
Location: Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan
Salary Range: INR 14000 per month to INR 18000 per month
Customer Service Associate Role
Selected candidates will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers by answering their queries through phone, chat or email. They will support the customers by solving their queries related to their orders, product queries, payment issues, account updates, website education or other problems.
Amazon Hiring Customer Service Associate: Who can apply?
No previous call center experience is mandatory. Initial 2-week training will be provided to the selected candidate. As this training is imperative for candidates to understand the process of assisting amazon customers, they will not be allowed to take any holiday during this time period.
Amazon Hiring Customer Service Associate: Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education qualification: 10+2 Pass
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
What are the job requirement?
- Flexible with Day/Night Shifts and rotational week offs
- Minimum 20 Mbps wired internet connection at home
- Active individual bank account, PAN card and E-Aadhaar card
- Flexible to support multiple skill sets (Voice & Non-voice) irrespective of the original skill
- For all regular students, would need approval from college principal on a work permit
In order to match customer demands, the work will be scheduled based on a variety of shift patterns between Monday and Sunday from 7am to 9pm, for a contract period of 1 month. Expect to be working 5 days a week on average during this time.
What are the benefits?
INR 14000 per month to INR 18000 per month (PF & Professional Tax Included) + Allowances.
In addition, Amazon offers the following other benefits:
- Zeta Meal Card - INR 1100/month
- Internet Allowance (Only work from home) – up to INR 1250
- End of Contract Bonus – INR 1250
The eligible candidates will have to allow 1-2 hours including an assessment to test their suitability for the role. Using a PC (e.g. laptop) while attempting the test is recommended for the best experience. If successful, Amazon will contact the candidates for the next steps!
