1. Personal Details: All the personal details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, communication address and email ID mentioned in the form are correct. Students will be contacted on the mentioned mobile number and email address. These details should also match the details in the original documents. 

2. Academic Details: Candidates must correctly enter their Class 10 and Class 12 academic details. Any mismatch during verification can bar students from taking IPM admission 2026.

3. Photograph and Signatures: Students should ensure that they upload the photograph and signatures in the prescribed size and format. 

4. Category Certificate: Candidates applying under reserved categories should upload valid category certificates as required.

5. Application Fee Payment: The IPMAT form fee can be paid online only.
