MAH BBA CET CAP 2025 Round 4 provisional allotment result was released on September 30, 2025. Seat acceptance process for the allotted seats in CAP Round 4 for the BBA/BBM/BMS courses has started on October 1, 2025, and the last date to accept the offer is October 4, 2025, till 3 PM. The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, released the CAP round 4 schedule online for MAH BBA CET 2025 admissions. The seat allotment is released for MAH BBA CET admissions 2025-26. This is the last round of MAH BBA CET CAP admissions.

How to Check MAH BBA CET 2025 Provisional Seat Allotment Status?
Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to check the seat allotment status after MAH BBA CET CAP Round 4:
- Go to the official State CET Cell, Maharashtra, website- cetcell.mahacet.org
- Click on the tab 'CAP' on the homepage
- Click on the 'BBA/BMS/BBM/MBA Int.' option
- Then, on the left panel, click on the 'Allotment Allotment' tab and check the status for CAP Round 4 or copy https://bba2025.mahacet.org.in/bba/institute-wise-allotment-list
- Click the option that suits (All India Merit or Maharashtra Merit). You will be redirected to the provisional merit list.
- After the seat allotment, candidates will be required to accept the seat (by paying fees and deciding whether to freeze, slide, or float the allotment).
After accepting the seats, candidates need to report to the institute and receive confirmation of admission. The institutes will verify the submitted documents, such as previous academic marksheets, MAH BBA CET scorecard, admit card, etc. and upload the admission of the candidates online. The authorities will then share a system-generated receipt of confirmation of admission and the fee paid receipt to the candidate.
All eligible candidates who participated in Round 4 CAP and were allotted the seat for the first time should self-verify the seat allotment. The candidate who has been allotted the seat for the first time in Round 4 needs to pay the seat acceptance fee through his/her login in online mode.
On the MAH BBA CET exam day, candidates have to follow certain guidelines which include settling on time, cooperating with the exam conducting staff, following instructions of the test invigilator and following the test navigation for solving the MAH BBA CET questions. There are some key dos that candidates should follow on the MAH BBA CET exam day, which have been listed below:

- Reach the MAH BBA CET exam centre on the allotted time.
- Keep a photocopy of the MAH BBA CET admit card along with a government issued identity proof.

- Keep a drinking water bottle with you as you will not be allowed to leave the seat during the exam
- Cooperate with the test centre staff and follow instructions carefully
- Candidates must write their name and roll numbers on the rough sheet they use.
- Candidates must affix a coloured passport size photograph on their MAH BBA CET hall ticket
Here are the key don'ts to be followed:
Do not reach late to the exam centre. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall if they reach late.
Don't Forget Admit Card. Make sure to keep a printout of your MAH BBA CET admit card/hall ticket to the exam center. Without the admit card, candidates may not be allowed to appear for the exam.
Do not keep prohibited items such as gadgets, study material, notes, bags, or any other items that are not allowed according to exam guidelines.
Don't engage in malpractice and refrain from any form of malpractice or cheating.
