MAH BBA CET 2025 provisional allotment for CAP Round 3 result will be released tomorrow, i.e. September 23, 2025. The State CET Cell, Maharashtra, released the CAP round 3 schedule online for MAH BBA CET 2025 admissions. Candidates can accept the offered seats from September 24, 2025, to September 26, 2025, till 3 PM. The seat allotment is released for MAH BBA CET admissions 2025-26. The authorities will also release the seat allotment through CAP Round 4.

How to Check MAH BBA CET Provisional Seat Allotment Status 2025?
Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to check the seat allotment status after MAH BBA CET CAP Round 3:
- Go to the official State CET Cell, Maharashtra, website- cetcell.mahacet.org
- Click on the tab 'CAP' on the homepage or copy https://cetcell.mahacet.org/cap-_2025-26/
- Click on the 'BBA/BMS/BBM/MBA Int.' option
- Log in using the login credentails to the candidate portal
- Click the option that suits (All India Merit or Maharashtra Merit). You will be redirected to the provisional merit list.
- After the seat allotment, candidates will be required to accept the seat (by paying fees and deciding whether to freeze, slide, or float the allotment).
The candidates who wish to participate in the MAH BBA CET CAP round should carry the following documents in original and photocopy:
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 markseet
- MAH BBA CET admit card
- MAH BBA CET result cum scorecard
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Qualifying exam marksheet/certificate
No, the MAH BBA CET application form and MAH BBA CET counselling forms are different and candidates have to fill them separately. The MAH BBA CET application form is valid for the entrance test only and the MAH BBA CET counselling application form has to be filled by only those candidates who qualify the entrance test and meet the cutoff. If they wish to participate in the seat allotment process, they can fill out the MAH BBA CET counselling registration form.
Those who filled out the MAH CET BBA application form and appeared for the exam, will not have to pay the registration fee at the time of CAP.
