Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Admissions 2020 process to start online from Today. Know where to apply.
AP Inter Admission 2020: Due to the coronavirus outbreak in the country, this year the Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Admissions will be conducted online from today; i.e. October 21. This is the first time the Andhra Pradesh Inter Admissions will be conducted online. Students can apply by visiting the official website of the Board; i.e. bie.ap.gov.in. The online admission process will not require any academic certificates as well.
Students can apply for a seat in college while sitting at their homes. As per the official notice released by the Board, the admission for two-year intermediate courses in general and vocational streams in various colleges for the academic session will be completely online for all categories and for all quotas. The last date to apply for the admission round is till October 29, 2020. Read the official notification here
Students do not have to reach colleges for the inter admissions this time. They can finish the AP Intermediate admission process through the e-admissions portal. In case if a student is unable to fill up the admission form online for intermediate courses, they will have to visit the nearest Grama Sachivalayam or Ward Sachivalayam for registration. Each student will be allowed to choose a minimum of five choices or options while filling the online form.
To apply for the Intermediate courses, candidates will only require Class 10 hall ticket number, case, and income certificate numbers. The registration and processing fee is Rs 200 for OC and BC category and Rs 100 for SC and ST category. The parents and students can also clarify the issues relating to online admission through a toll-free number given on the official notice.
The admission process was expected to begin in September. However, the process got delayed due to some unknown reasons. The admission will be done on the basis of merit, i.e., marks scored by candidates in AP SSC Exams. Reservation policy will be applied to seats available across government and private colleges. The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) declared the Manabadi SSC Results 2020 as a short marks memo on August 13. This year, the Andhra Pradesh SSC Results 2020 was delayed due to coronavirus outbreak in the country. The Andhra Pradesh government decided to cancel the Andhra Pradesh SSC Exam 2020 formally, after initially postponing it.
