BSE Odisha HSC Form Fill-Up 2027 Begins; Last Date November 21
BSE Odisha HSC Form Fill-Up 2027 : The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha released the general instructions for the BSE Odisha HSC Form Fill-Up 2027 on November 3. Forms for the 10th Class exam can be filled from November 2 to November 21. The last time to fill the form is 11:45 PM.
School students will not fill the Odisha Matric Form Fill-Up 2027 on their own. The Head of Institution will complete the Odisha HSC Exam 2027 Form through the school login. For Correspondence Course students, the Deputy Secretary of the zonal office will fill the form offline. The board has not announced the exam dates yet.
The board has asked Heads of Institutions to be very careful while entering subjects. This includes First Language, Second Language, Third Language and vocational subjects. Students should confirm their subjects with the school early and not wait for the last date.

The board has also opened the Odisha SOSC Form 2027 for the Odisha State Open School Certificate (SOSC) Examination, 2027 (1st). The application link was added to bseodisha.ac.in on November 3. Open school students can find the instructions on the same login page. They should read these instructions before applying.

Who Can Fill the Odisha 10th Exam Form 2027
These students can fill the form for the exam:
- Students of recognised secondary schools who were promoted to 10th Class based on their 9th Class 2025-26 performance
- All categories of Ex-Regular students from 2014 onwards
- Students who joined the board's Correspondence Course, under the CC Regular category
Ex-Regular students will have the same syllabus and question paper as regular students. No other candidate can fill the form.
Key Rules for the BSE Odisha Exam Form 2027
The board has set these rules for the form fill-up:
- Subjects entered in the form cannot be changed later.
- If a student illegally appears in a changed subject, "Absent" will be marked against that subject.
- SEP under Second Language and TLV under Third Language are only for physically disabled candidates.
- If a student's First Language is not Odia, the school must enter the writing language for Mathematics, General Science and Social Science.
