The Bihar Board will reportedly make some changes to the matric and inter exam patterns.
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is expected to change the examination patterns for matric as well as intermediate classes, as per reports. The change is being considered to be able to test both a candidate's knowledge base and intellectual capacity. Besides, some local sources have also confirmed that the Bihar Board 10th as well as Bihar Board 12th exams 2022 will be conducted in February and the complete time table for the same will be released soon by the state board at biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.
Further, it is being said that it was during a high-level meeting with officials from the Education Ministry that the BSEB officials had revealed that they plan to introduce some key changes to the design of the question paper to better assess the capabilities of the students.
Moreover, as per reports, BSEB might shift the question paper design from theory-based question paper to MCQ or multiple-choice questions. The change is being introduced to streamline the assessment model to test both candidate’s knowledge base and intellectual capacity. This will turn out to be the biggest and one of the most important changes that the board has implemented for Class 10 and 12 exams.
Another important change would be the introduction of questions from topics based on NCERT Textbooks. Until now, BSEB 10th and 12th Board Exams 2021 were based on a dedicated syllabus that was curated by the state board; however, from this year onwards, students will have to study the NCERT syllabus of Class 10 and 12 to prepare for their final exams.
