The Central Board of Secondary Education conducted CBSE Class 12 compartment exam on July 28. Students who appeared for the exam said the paper was tougher than the main board exams. They also said that the questions did not match the chapter-wise weightage. Fearing that the low score in the compartment exam may affect college admission and future plans, students are demanding that the board must give grace marks. They also want the board to show leniency in the evaluation process.  Around 1.63 lakh students appeared for the Supplementary Examination.

CBSE Class 12 Compartment result 2026 is expected to be announced by the second week of August. The result will be made available on the board’s website. Students can check their results by logging with required details.
