latest CBSE advisory for board exam 2026 says that anyone found spreading misleading information about examination or result evaluation will face punishment. Board further warns of strict legal action against individuals misusing CBSE name, logo or circulating false CBSE board exam 2026 updates.
As per notice, CBSE has observed that a few individuals, who are not involved in evaluation process, are spreading incorrect information online. These posts include updates on examination evaluation, result calculation process and o r exam-related information. CBSE mentioned that circulation of false or misleading information about examinations or evaluation process is strictly prohibited. Board also warned that individuals are not allowed to use CBSE name, logo, or photographs of CBSE buildings to create confusion or mislead public.

board further mentioned that any person found involved in such activities will face legal action. Decision aims to protect credibility and integrity of examination system and prevent spread of misinformation among students.
Board has advised students not to rely on social media posts or inaccurate sources claiming to provide examination updates. CBSE emphasised that all authentic information related to board examinations, evaluation processes, and results will only be released at cbse.nic.in. Board has urged everyone to cooperate in maintaining confidentiality by avoiding promotion of incorrect information online.
