CBSE schools that have missed initial deadline have been given a final opportunity to submit candidate details with a late fee.
As per CBSE latest circular, portal will remain open for submissions with a late fee until October 8, 2025, for payments made through challan. It states that those using online payment methods such as internet banking, UPI, debit or credit cards, and NEFT/RTGS will have time until October 11, 2025, to complete the process.
Earlier, CBSE portal closed on Sept 30, 2025, after which many schools requested additional time citing technical and administrative delays. Responding to these requests, CBSE has reopened the portal to accommodate pending entries.
CBSE in its notice has clarified that no further extension will be provided after these dates. Schools that will fail to upload student data within the extended window may risk their candidates being ineligible for the 2026 board exams.
