CISCE is set to announce the ICSE Result and ISC Result 2020 on the official website today i.e. July 10 at 3 pm. Students can check their Board Results 2020 using course code, candidate UID, and the index number here.
The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is all set to release the ICSE 10th result 2020 and ISC 12th Result 2020 today, i.e. July 10 at 3 pm on the official website. Students can check their ICSE and ISC Result 2020 using course code, candidate UID and the index number as mentioned on the admit card. The link to check the ICSE Result has been provided below.
This year, CISCE decided to cancel the pending ICSE, ISC examinations that were postponed due to the COVID19 outbreak and subsequent lockdowns. The students will be promoted based on the Internal assessment system. The Board has also decided not to give the provision of re-examinations to the students.

July 10, 3:10 pm: CISCE may conduct exams for remaining papers at a later stage if the situation is conducive. For students who sit for the exams, the marks scored in the exam will be deemed final.

July 10, 1:30 pm: 35% marks are the minimum passing marks in the ICSE board. Students need to secure at least 35% of total marks in each subject to get a passing grade in ICSE result 2020 Class 10th.
July 10, 1:00 pm: Last year, girls outshone boys in ICSE and ISC exams. 88,447 girls passed ICSE board exams and out of 39,964 girls who appeared for the ISC exam, 39,100 passed.
However, 1,06,974 boys appeared in the ICSE exam out of which 1,04,966 passed 10th board exam and 46,749 appeared in the ISC exam out of which 44,597 passed.
July 10, 12:30 pm: To pass the exam students need to score 33 marks in ICSE exams and have a similar aggregate percentage. To clear the ISC exam, students need to have at least 40% marks in each subject as well as aggregate.
July 10, 12 pm: Last year, Juhi Rupesh Kajaria and Muktsar's Manhar Bansal had bagged the first rank in class 10 ICSE exam with 99.60 per cent. In ISC result 2019, Dewang Kumar Agarwal and Vibha Swaminathan had scored the first position.
July 10, 11: 30 am: The Council had to cancel six papers of ICSE and eight papers of ISC, which were scheduled between March 19 and March 31, owing to the COVID-19 outbreak in the country.
July 10, 11:00 am: For ISC students, average of best three marks along with the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the project and practical works of the subjects will be considered to score the remaining papers.
July 10, 10:00 am: The Board, this year, has decided not to give the provision of re-examinations to students.
July 10, 9:30 am: In order to check ICSE and ISC results via SMS, students need to send their Unique id to 09248082883 in the following format: 'ICSE/ISC (Unique ID)'.
July 10, 9:00 am: Schools affiliated with CISCE will be able to access their students' results by logging into the CAREERS portal using Principal's login ID and password.

July 10, 2:30 am: This year, the Council considered the following factors while computing marks in the cancelled papers:
- Average of a student's best three papers marks in board examination
- Subject internal assessment (for class 10)/ Subject practical and project work
- Percentage subject internal assessment (for ICSE)/ Percentage subject Project and Practical Work (for ISC)
July 10, 2:00 am: Last year, ISC and ICSE Results were announced on May 7, 2019. Approximately, 1,96,271 students appeared in the ICSE exams and the overall pass percentage was 98.54. For ISC, a total of 86,713 students appeared for the exam, out of which 39,964 were girls and 44,597 were boys. 3,016 students were unable to qualify in the examination. The overall pass percentage for class 12th was 98.34.
July 10, 1:35 am: Students will need to enter their course code, candidate UID and the index number to check their ICSE Result 2020 or ISC Result.

How to check result through the App
Students can also check their ICSE/ISC 2020 Result via app. Download the ICSE & ISC Board Exam Result 2020 app onto the mobile phone. Click on check ICSE Result 2020 or ISC Result 2020, enter the required credentials and submit. The Result will open up the screen.
How to use DigiLocker to download result
The facility of downloading digital marksheets has been initiated by the Government of Indiaโs Department of Electronics and Information Technology. This facility is available to all students who appeared for the ICSE/ISC exam in the year 2014 and later.
