JKBOSE has issued a notification regarding the change in JKBOSE Syllabus for Classes 11 & 12 for the upcoming academic sessions. There is no change in the syllabus for Classes 9 and 10 for the Academic Session 2025-26.

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a notification regarding the change in JKBOSE Syllabus for Classes 11 & 12 for the upcoming academic sessions. According to the notification, there is no change in the syllabus for Classes 9 and 10 for the Academic Session 2025-26 in the Kashmir Division and the Winter Zone areas of the Jammu Division. It will be applicable for the academic session 2026-27 in the Summer Zone areas of the Jammu Division.

Changes in JKBOSE Syllabus
For Class 11, the revised subjects include Punjabi and Physical Education. For Class 12, changes have been made in Education and Environmental Science. The question papers for the regular and fresh candidates scheduled for October-November 2026 in the Kashmir Division and winter zone areas of the Jammu Division will be set as per the new syllabus. Besides, the question papers for February–March 2027 in the summer zone areas of the Jammu Division will be set in accordance with the revised syllabi for these subjects.
