Karnataka Class 12 Result 2021 is expected to be out by the second week of July.
The Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka has released the Karnataka 2nd PUC Evaluation Criteria 2021. The 2nd Kar PUC Result 2021 will be prepared and released on the basis of the evaluation criteria.
Meanwhile, the state government has informed the High Court that Karnataka 2nd PUC repeaters will be promoted without any examinations. The grace marks would also be added to the Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2021 of the private candidates who have registered for the repeater exams. The state board has decided to give minimum passing marks along with 5% grace marks to students repeating the Class 12 board exam. A total of 76,000 candidates have registered for the Karnataka 2nd PUC repeaters examination this year.

Earlier, on June 17, the Bench had directed the state govt not to declare the 2nd PU Result till an expert committee submits suggestions that can be applied for promoting repeater students. The HC was hearing a PIL petition by S V Singre Gowda, managing trustee of Gnana Mandira Education Trust in Bengaluru.
The petitioner had questioned the decision of the Karnataka government to promote only fresh/regular students without conducting the exam and asked them to conduct exams for repeaters and private candidates when the COVD-19 pandemic situation eases.
