The state is developing 53 fully equipped schools, in which Sanskrit will be taught along with Hindi at the pre-primary level.
Schools in Madhya Pradesh will teach Artificial Intelligence to children of class VIII. The state government has also decided to create a new set of schools, ‘CM Rise School’ with better quality infrastructure.
Madhya Pradesh School Education Minister, Inder Singh Parmar made the announcement on Twitter informing that 53 schools will teach Sanskrit along with Hindi at the pre-primary level. Parmar tweeted: “We are determined to provide quality education across the state. Under the Madhya Pradesh Open Board, 53 fully equipped schools are being developed in the state, in which Sanskrit will be taught along with Hindi in pre-primary classes.”
He also shared that the course of Artificial Intelligence will be taught in class VIII, Madhya Pradesh will be the first state in the country to do so.
Earlier on Sunday, MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan while addressing a public gathering in Sirmour informed that the college fees of girl students will be paid under the ‘Ladli Laxmi’ scheme by the state government. “Arrangements will be made for their career and bright future,” Chouhan said.
Chief Minister also informed that CM Rise School will be built in Sirmaur at a cost of INR 24 crores. He said: “These schools of ours will be better than private schools, which will have a library, laboratory, smart class and all facilities.”
Reacting to this development, Parmar said that sons and daughters of the poor will get a good education in CM Rise School. “Providing quality education to the students in the state is an important priority of the state government, to fulfil which we are going to open CM Rise School,” Parmar wrote.
