Madhya Pradesh Board today had begun the Class 12th Board exam which was postponed earlier due to nationwide lockdown imposed to contain the spread of coronavirus.
Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has today commenced the MP Board 12th Exam 2020 which was postponed earlier due to coronavirus outbreak in the country.
The students appearing for MP Board 12th exam were allowed to enter inside the examination hall only after getting their hand sanitised and temperature checked.
MPBSE has also asked the students earlier to carry sanitizers, gloves, masks and their water bottles along with them to the centres.
Earlier, the MP Board had informed that students who are having flu-like symptoms will be placed in separate classes or in isolation. The candidates who are visually impaired or were specially-abled are also to get one more chance to appear for the exams this time. The PRO of the division, SK Chourasia informed that more than 3,000 exam centres have been arranged in the state for the conduction of board exams 2020 for the remaining papers.
Over 8 lakh students will be appearing for MPBSE 12th exam this time. In case, a candidate is not able to attend the exams as they are under quarantine, then they will be given another chance by the Board. Also, the students who have been discharged or are corona positive would have to come along with a family member along with a certificate of discharge. The students who have been discharged would also have to bring their discharge medical certificate along with them.
Meanwhile, the MP Board 10th Result 2020 is expected to be released by mid-June, no official statement regarding the same is released by the Board yet. As per the reports, the MP Board 12th Results 2020 is expected to be released by July. This year, 10th board results and 12th board results 2020 will not be declared together as like previous years.
The ending MP Board 12th exams 2020 will be conducted in two shift: morning shift from 9 am and evening shift from 2 pm onwards.
