Odisha Class 10 Result 2021 to be released by the last week of June.
Board of Secondary Education, BSE Odisha is expected to release the Odisha Class 10 Result 2021 by end of June. The School and Mass Education Minister Sameer Dash on Sunday said that the Odisha HSC Result 2021 would be announced by end of this month. He also stated that the process of the evaluation criteria ‘is on the right track'.
Lakhs of students have been anxiously waiting for the state board to announce something on Odisha HSC Result 2021. For the current academic session, the BSE Odisha had decided to cancel the Odisha Class 10 exams and declare the Odisha HSC Result 2021 on the basis of internal assessment.
Odisha HSC Evaluation Criteria
Sharing the break-up, the state board had released an official notification regarding the marks allotment. "While 40% weightage will be given to highest marks secured in class 9 exams in each subject, 30% weightage will be given to 2 highest marks in all subject out of three practice tests conducted in Class 10. In case a candidate has not appeared in any of the practice tests of the Class 10 exam, 100% weightage will be given to the mark secured in the Class 9 exam (both half-yearly & annual) and subject-wise highest marks will be taken into consideration," the notification stated.
Moreover, in case the students have appeared in only one practice test, then 70% weight would be given to the marks scored in Class 9 half-yearly and annual examinations. Also, the results would also be computed against the historical data of the previous years to give a graded score to schools. Schools with the maximum number of grades would be accordingly evaluated. A school wise merit list would also be prepared based on the above exams.
