TSBIE IPE 1st Year exams 2026 will start from tomorrow, with papers scheduled from 9 AM to 12 PM across the state. Students must report to centres by 8:30 AM, carry their hall ticket, and follow the board’s exam guidelines.
Telangana IPE 1st Year Exam 2026: Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education will conduct TS Inter first-year exams from tomorrow, February 25. As per data shared by Board, around 9.9 lakh students across the state are expected to appear for Telangana Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE). As per schedule, TS Inter exam will be conducted between 9 am and 12 noon and reporting time has been revised from 9 to 9:05 AM for 1st and 2nd year.
Students must reach 60 minutes before TS Inter exam time. The first exam for TS 1st year will be held for second language paper and TS Inter 2nd year exam will begin with second language. Telangana Intermediate hall ticket has already been released. They must need to carry their TS Inter admit card and school ID card to centre.

Telangana Intermediate Grace Period Introduced
The Board has introduced a five-minute grace period. Now, students may enter up to 9:05 AM and still be allowed to sit for TSBIE 1st and 2nd Year Board Exams. However, those arriving after this will generally not be permitted. Even with grace time, students are advised to reach early.
Guidelines for TSBIE 1st Year Board Exams 2026
Students must follow these guidelines when appearing for Telangana Inter 1st Year exams
- They must carry a printed copy of TS Inter hall ticket and school ID card.
- They can also carry a pen, pencil and instrument box.
- No other documents, devices or gadgets will be permitted.
- Students must reach their centres by 8:45 am for security checks and seating arrangements.
This year, nearly 9,97,075 students are registered to appear for both Telangana first and second-year exams across the state. Of these, around 4,89,126 students will appear for First Year exams at approximately 1,495 centres all over Telangana.
