UK Board 10th Result 2021: UBSE releases criteria to promote Class 10 students

The UBSE 10th results will be announced on the basis of Class 9 and 10 marks.

The Uttarakhand Board has announced the evaluation criteria on which it will be preparing the UK Board 10th Result 2021 as the Class 10 examinations stand postponed due to COVID-19. The UK Board Class 10 examinations were scheduled to be conducted from May 4 to 22, 2021.

On the decision of cancelling the UK Board 10th exams, the state education minister Mr Pande said, “The Uttarakhand state board will now hold a meeting on June 1, 2021 and will take any call on the exams on the day of the meeting."

The state board has now asked the schools to submit the marks obtained by the students in classes 9 and 10. Students will be promoted to the higher class based on their marks obtained in both classes. However, the detailed criteria to promote Class 10 students are yet to be released by the state board. As many as 1.48 lakh students are waiting for the UK Board Class 10 Result 2021.

Uttarakhand Board Exam 2021: Class 10 passing criteria

  1. Marks obtained in Class 9 annual exams
  2. Attendance in Class 9 online classes
  3. Marks obtained in Class 10 internal/ monthly exams

Moreover, the attendance of the students in Class 9 online classes, marks obtained in Class 9 annual examination and Class 10 internal exams will also be taken into account. Based on the information obtained, UBSE will prepare the Uttarakhand Board 10th Result 2021.
