The UPMSP has asked officials to also update marks obtained by students in class 9 final examinations.

The Uttar Pradesh Board has asked its officials to upload the marks obtained by the students in Class 9 final exams and project work after seeking their marks in half-yearly and preboard exams, reportedly, for the preparation of UP Board 10th Result 2021. This triggers the ongoing speculations of UP Board 10th exams being cancelled, following the route of CBSE and other state boards. The UP Board is yet to take a final call on the same. As per media reports, a final call will be taken today, May 21, 2021, and an official statement will be followed thereafter.

Board secretary Divyakant Shukla has asked the officials to upload the marks obtained by the students in Class 9 in different subjects. The information has to be uploaded by May 24, 2021. The marks for theory exams and project work will have to be uploaded separately.
Meanwhile, Aaradhna Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary, UP Board, has said that no final decision has been taken on UP Board 10th examinations 2021 yet. "We are exploring all possibilities," she added.

Students who will be appearing for this year's UP Board Class 10 exams must keep an eye on the official website of UPMSP for such updates.

Moreover, students have been demanding the cancellation of the Class 10 examinations and have been constantly tweeting about it. UP Board Class 10 examinations were rescheduled to be conducted from May 8 to May 25, 2021.
