WB 12th Results 2021: West Bengal Higher Secondary Council on August 2, 2021, announced that all the unsuccessful candidates of the WBCHSE Board Exams 2021 have been declared as passed. The decision has been taken considering days of protests by several unsuccessful students. The data released by WBCHSE Results 2021 states revealed the figure of unsuccessful candidates to be around 18,000.

Talking about the decision taken by the West Bengal Board, the official told that the council sympathetically revised the evaluation given the difficulties faced by the students in the COVID-19 situation and declared all of them passed. Clarifying that not all students have been declared pass, council president Mahua Das told, “Yes, excepting those who had not enrolled themselves for Class 12.  Unfortunately, some of the students who had not enrolled themselves for Class 12 had also participated in the agitation”. However, Das did not specify the number of such students.

Due to the cancellation of WBCHSE Board Exams 2021, the students demanded the Board to declare them pass. The Board declared the WB 12th Results 2021 on July 22. Of the 8,19, 202 higher secondary candidates, 97.69 percent of them were declared to have passed the examination.
