EMAT 2022 Application Form

Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode has begun the registrations of EMAT 2023 phase 1. Candidates willing to enroll to Executive Post Graduate Programme (EPGP) of IIM Kozhikode must fill the application form online before the deadline. Registered candidates will be issued the admit card soon after the registration process is over.  

EMAT 2023 Exam Dates- Phase 1 

Documents Required for EMAT 2022 Application Form 

• Two copies of filled up application form duly signed by the candidate 
• Copy of online application fee receipt for INR 2000 
• One passport size color photograph to be attached with the application form. Write name and application number on the reverse side of the photograph 
• Self-attested copies of the following academic records (Class 10 onwards): 

•  Class 10 /SSLC Certificate 
•  Pre-Degree/Plus-Two/HSC/VHSC mark sheet & certificate 
•  All mark sheets & certificate of Graduation OR Professional Qualification, as applicable, 
•  All mark sheets & certificate of Post-Graduation (If applicable) 

• Score Sheets of CAT / GMAT, (if opted) 
• Self-attested copy of Work Experience Certificate(s) for the last 3 years 
• Self-attested copy of a valid Photo Identity proof (Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/AADHAR Card) 
• Copy of Gazette Notification in case there is a change in Name 
• Copy of Employee ID card, if available 
• Self-attested copy of Category/Relaxation certificate from the competent authority (if opted) 

Steps to apply for EMAT 2023 

Step 1- Visit the official website- iimk.ac.in 

Step 2- Enter the registration details to create login credentials: 

• Name 
• Email ID 
• Password 
• Mobile number  
• Select the programme name 

Step 3- After registration, go to your email inbox to find the application number, email, mobile number and password entered 

Step 4- Pay the application fee of INR 2000 (plus taxes as applicable) 

Step 5- Take the print of the application form. Send all the documents to IIM-K Kochi Campus at the following address:
