IIM Trichy commences 2nd batch of PGCBAA
IIM Trichy postgraduate certificate programme in Business Analytics and Applications is a 13-month-long-duration programme offered in a device-to-device mode.
Indian Institute of Management, (IIM) Trichy inaugurated the second batch of the postgraduate certificate programme in Business Analytics and Applications (PGCBAA) on September 26. According to the information released by the institute, the postgraduate certificate programme in Business Analytics and Applications is a 13-month-long-duration programme. IIM Trichy will be offering PGCBAA in a device-to-device mode in association with Jaro Education. Candidates interested in IIM Trichy admissions for PGCBAA must note that the course has been designed to help working professionals learn the required skills and knowledge for asking meaningful questions, addressing it with analysis of data, and making decisions with insights gained from the analysis.
The event was attended by the managing director, Network Analytics Team at Ogilvy Dr Nalini Guhesh as the chief guest. Highlighting the recent development that has had happened in marketing analytics Nalini Guhesh emphasized that the combination of data, technology, strategy, and creativity help people achieve bet results of business analytics.
She advised the participants to make use of their experience and network to learn efficiently during the programme. Meanwhile, addressing the students, the Director of IIM-T, Pawan Kumar Singh, explained the role of management in business analytics and its importance.
Earlier, IIM Trichy inaugurated the first batch of the post-graduate certificate programme in manufacturing management and analytics (PGCMMA). A total of 92 students enrolled under this programme. The one-year duration programme is offered by the institute in an online mode.
The course has been designed for working professionals who aspire to take up managerial roles in the organization leveraging the latest advancements in manufacturing management. The programme provides an understanding of the basic tools, concepts and techniques required for effectively managing manufacturing systems using analytics.
