IIM Udaipur admissions for 1-year MBA in global supply chain, digital enterprise management begin
IIM Udaipur Global Supply Chain Management programme offers to learn management fundamentals and focuses on specialisation in Global Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
The Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur (IIMU), has commenced the admission process for its one-year full-time MBA programmes in Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) and Digital Enterprise Management (DEM). Candidates willing to apply for the programme must have a graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of three years of experience in any domain.
Applicants are required to hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university, along with valid GMAT, GRE, or CAT scores from tests taken in 2020 or later. The candidates must have a minimum of 36 months of full-time work experience by February 29, 2024.
The admission process will begin with the initial shortlisting of candidates based on the eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates then proceed to the second round, which involves a personal interview. The final offer of admission is made based on the evaluation of the candidate's academic background, work experience, test scores, and performance in the personal interview. The seats are limited for these programmes. The commencement of these programmes will be in April of each year, and the concluding in March of the following year. According to the IIM Udaipur, the previous batches of both programmes have received a good response from the industry, with top-tier companies from various sectors actively recruiting graduates. The placement record for the previous programme batches stands at 100 percent.
The IIM Udaipur alone offers these MBA programmes in India. The Global Supply Chain Management programme offers to learn management fundamentals and focuses on specialisation in Global Supply Chain Management and Logistics. On the other hand, the Digital Enterprise Management program centres on equipping candidates with the skills needed to manage digital systems and harness their potential for driving business transformation in complex digital environments. The institute has asked for the involvement of the corporate sector, public enterprises, and government agencies to sponsor their employees for its programs. The current GSCM batch has students sponsored by the Indian Navy.
The Advisory Board for these programs has founders and business leaders representing some of India's successful enterprises such as Infosys, Flipkart, IBM, Delhivery, Tata Digital, Deloitte, DP World, and Info Edge India. These leaders have provided their expertise and insights to these MBA programmes.
