IIT Madras DoMS EMBA 2026 Admission: Last Date Approaching for Working Professionals

The Department of Management Studies (DoMS) at IIT Madras has started inviting application for its Executive MBA (EMBA) programme. For two‑year MBA programme, last date to apply is October 19, 2025.

EMBA programme is meant for working professionals who are looking to pursue management education without leaving their job.

EMBA classes will be held during weekend on Saturday and Sunday, allowing students to continue working along with enhancing their leadership skills. EMBA curriculum includes advanced management subjects, case studies, and three field-based capstone projects.

IIT Madras’s DoMS in its official notice has stated that shortlisted candidates will be invited to IIT Madras campus on November 8 & 9, 2025. The test comprises of a written aptitude test and a personal interview.

“Written aptitude test will be based on -Business Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability. Results are announced by December 2025 and the program will commence by January 2026,” it reads.

To apply for the course, candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree with at least 60 percent marks and minimum three years’ work experience.

The programme aims to produce leaders equipped for complex business challenges, blending technical excellence with management skills.

Applicants are advised to submit their forms before deadline, as number of seats is limited and demand is high.
