SHRM, IIM Shillong & Talentedge launch "Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management"

Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management will be offered via talentedge.com, enabling learners and HR professionals to up-skill anytime, anywhere.

Indian Institute of Management Shillong and SHRM collaborated with Talentedge in order to launch a “Comprehensive and Virtual HR learning Certificate Program Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management” derived from the SHRM Body of Competency Knowledge (Global Competency Model). According to the official press release, “This program is uniquely designed to help students gain both knowledge and application of knowledge across the HR function. The key features of this collaboration include a co-branded certificate from IIM Shillong and SHRM, i.e. Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. The content of this course is based on SHRM’s global competency model that covers both behavioral and technical competencies. The course will be offered with the main focus on knowledge and application, i.e., learn the knowledge/concepts along with the application of the same in real workplace scenarios
