XIM University MBA Placements 2023: Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University has concluded its recruitment drive for the Master's programme in Business Management (MBA - BM) 2021-23 batch with 100% placement. According to the official press release shared by the university, all the students of the MBA-BM batch of 2021-23 have received a successful placement.

Consulting industry made the largest number of placements, followed by systems, business services, marketing, and BFSI, and General Management, Strategy and Operations. Profiles offered included Risk Management, Strategic Consulting, corporate planning, corporate Finance, Equity Research, Market Analyst, Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Product Management, Supply chain management, Business Consulting, Business Transformation and Strategy, IT consulting, and Business Development.

The university has recorded a significant increase in the average salary for MBA UMG students this year. The Manufacturing sector has been the most sought-after by the MBA HR batch with 26% of the batch opting for roles with companies in this sector. The IT/ITES sector emerged as the next popular sector with 25% of the batch joining companies in this sector. Following close are Consulting, FMCG and BFSI with 18%, 15% and 11% respectively of the batch opting for the respective roles.

The placements have been made in MBS courses offered by the XIM university in Human Resource Management (HRM), Rural Management (RM), Sustainability Management (SM), Urban Management and Governance and Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning (UMG). At XIM University, more than 100 recruiters made offers across all domains during the placement season.
