Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to lead Unity Day run from Delhi Univeristy today
Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will today lead the Unity Run from Delhi University on the occasion of National Unity Day 2022. The Unity Run from DU will also witness the participation of DU Vice Chancellor Yogesh Singh. Accompanying the Education Minister of India and Delhi University Vice Chancellor, would be the Registrar, Principals, teachers, senior officials, administrative staff and students of CBSE Schools, Kendriya Vidyalaya and Delhi University.
As per the official press released released by Education Ministry, the Unity Day celebration will also witness the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas oath taking ceremony. This ceremony will be taking place near the Gandhi Statue at Vice Regal Lodge. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will also be addressing the crowd. Special Exhibits on the life of Sardar Vallabhhai Patel will be also displayed at Jawahar Park, Vice Regal Lodge to commemorate his 147th birth anniversary.
Meanwhile, Delhi University has released the DU 2nd merit list 2022. The DU Admissions 2022 against the DU 2nd cut-off 2022 will begin today; i.e. October 31, 2022 at 10 am. The DU 2nd Merit List was earlier scheduled to be released at 5 pm on October 30, however, was delayed and was published later in the evening.
Candidates can login using their application number password to check their DU second seat allotment and upgradation status. Candidates must note that they can accept the allotted seat until tomorrow; i.e. November 1 by 4.59 PM. As per the schedule released, DU colleges will verify the application and approve the seat by November 2, 2022. Candidates will be allowed to pay the DU admission fee after the college approval by November 3, until 4.59 pm.
