IIM Raipur Launches General Management Programme to Shape Strategic, Future-Ready Leaders

Programme is open to professionals with a minimum three years of work experience. Learners will receive Executive Alumni Status from IIM Raipur

Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) has launched its Executive Development Programme in General Management. This 12 month blended programme is designed for professionals  to accelerate their career trajectories by building foundation in business strategy, cross-functional leadership and analytical decision making.

This blended programme is designed to empower learners to lead amid complexity, drive innovation and adopt a holistic approach to managing diverse functions. What sets the IIM Raipur Executive Programme in General Management apart is its strategically structured, 10-module curriculum, beginning with Module 0 – a foundational segment covering Managerial and Business Economics which contextualises business decisions with macroeconomic and environmental frameworks. Each subsequent module is meticulously crafted to build strategic acumen in key management domains, from Data Analytics and Financial Management to marketing, HR, operations and Artificial Intelligence for business.
