Patna University Admissions 2021: Application process begins for 22 PG courses, Check details

Patna University is now inviting applications for 22 postgraduation diplomas and degree courses including master in personnel management and industrial relations, MEd, LLM, master in rural studies, master in business administration and others. 

Patna University Admissions 2021: Patna University (PU) has begun the online admission process for the postgraduate vocational courses for the academic year 2021-22. Patna University is now inviting applications for 22 postgraduation diplomas and degree courses including master in personnel management and industrial relations, MEd, LLM, master in rural studies, master in business administration, social work, computer application, women studies, journalism and mass communication, library and information science.

The Patna University has also invited applications for the three undergraduate degree courses including the bachelor of library and information science, bachelor of fine arts and LLB. Candidates must note that the last date to fill the online application form is on or before November 20. 

Anil Kumar, Dean of students' welfare, told Hindustan Times that, " PG Vocational courses admission will be conducted on the basis of the entrance exam, date of which will be announced by next month. Appearing candidates are also eligible to fill admission form but they will have to submit their final marksheet before preparation of the merit list. We will start admission in PG regular courses. The varsity is likely to announce final results of UG regular courses by end of this week. Following the result announcement, the admission process for MSc, MCom and MA will commence”, he added.

It must be noted that the Admission to Patna University PG Regular courses are done on the basis of the marks that are obtained by the candidates in their bachelor’s degree instead of conducting an entrance exam.

Meanwhile, Patna University is all set to fill in 787 vacant seats in various undergraduate courses through spot round from October 26.
