Rajasthan University Exams: Rajasthan University released guidelines for the final examination this year. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus followed by the nationwide lockdown adversely affected academic activities. Considering the ongoing pandemic situation that affected the academic life of the students, the university decided to allow students to solve just 60 per cent of the question paper.

On March 18, 2021, Rajasthan University issued to order regarding the relaxation. According to the orders, students are required to solve just 60 per cent of the question paper. In case any student solves more than 60 per cent of the paper then that will not be counted in the final tally but in such a case, the highest marks attained in questions will be taken into consideration. The 60 per cent paper will depend on the full marks of the question paper.

In addition to this, this year, an examination that is usually held for three hours will be held for two hours and students are not required to solve the question paper in which options are given – like to answer one out of two questions given. According to the reports, students can solve how many questions they want from whichever section however, if the question is given in parts that have to be solved accordingly.

Meanwhile, the University also directed that all the COVID guidelines will be followed during examination such as wearing a mask, social distancing and carrying sanitizers. The varsity also stated that classrooms will be prepared accordingly so that no one’s life will be in danger.
