The University has designed a two-year course with a focus on market relevance for people looking to boost their career without leaving the current jobs.
Shiv Nadar University introduced a full-time MBA (executive) degree program for working professionals on Tuesday, December 8, 2020. The programme will be offered by the university’s School of Management and Entrepreneurship. The MBA (executive) program will cover concepts including design thinking, blockchain, artificial intelligence machine learning, business analytics, financial engineering and digital transformation strategy. The University has designed a two-year course with a focus on market relevance for people looking to boost their career without leaving the current jobs.
According to the official statement released by the Shiv Nadar University, the course will be delivered in a “modularly flexible” mode to help maintain professional and academic balance. Considering the ongoing circumstances, classes will be conducted in a blended mode including other interactive features project-based activities, workshops with industry experts, business simulations, and case studies.
Shiv Nadar University MBAx eligibility criteria
Interested candidates must note that in order to apply for the course, work experience of at least two years and an undergraduate degree or equivalent with at least 50% or equivalent from a recognized university is a must. Applicants who graduated from institutions of national importance or from a recognised professional body including ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, etc will also be eligible to apply for the programme. In addition, the candidates are also required to clear the Shiv Nadar University Management Aptitude Test as well as a personal interview for final selection. Candidates can also apply with their CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT scores. The classes for MBAx program will commence in January 2021.
