SPPU Summer Exams 2022: Paper pattern released for UG, PG courses, check details
SPPU Exams 2022: Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has released the paper pattern for the SPPU Summer Exams 2022. The varsity had not issued any guidelines for the students who are appearing for the exams earlier, but now it has confirmed the examination pattern.
The circular issued by the SPPU for the Summer Exams mentioned, ‘As per the policy decisions there will be a single pattern for all examinations. Students will appear for the examinations on all equivalent subjects of the revised pattern. Moreover, the University also clarified that those who have registered under the old pattern should appear for the examination under the revised pattern as per the equivalent subjects.'
Dr. Mahesh Kakade, Director of Examination Board, SPPU, said, “Smooth conduct of the examination is our priority and we want these summer examinations to be conducted properly.”
Over six lakh students are expected to appear for the offline examination. This is the first time that the varsity is conducting the exam in an offline mode unlike the Multiple Choice Type Questions (MCQs) pattern used during the online exams in the past two years. “The offline exams have begun for engineering, pharmacy and architecture streams. Our aim is to complete all examinations by August end and declare results before September 15,” said Mahesh Kakade, SPPU examination and evaluation department head, as reported by Hindustan Times.
SPPU Exams 2022 will be conducted in four sessions; i.e. 9 to 11.30 am, 9 am to 12 noon, 2 to 4.30 pm and 2 to 5 pm. Until now, around 3.5 lakh students have filled the examination forms and around 2.5 lakh formed are under the process of submission.
