SRM University AP Placements 2021: Twin brothers placed with package of Rs 50 lakhs

The varsity VC informed that the SRM University AP Placements 2021 witnessed participation from more than 600 companies.

SRM University AP Placements 2021: SRM University Andhra Pradesh felicitated twin brothers Saptarshi Majumdar and Rajarshi Majumdar who achieved twin placement of Rs 50 lakhs per annum with PVP Inc., a strategic partner of Google Japan. Talking about SRM University AP Placements 2021, University authorities announced that the first batch of students secured an annual average package of Rs 7 lakhs per annum. Students who excelled in the placement drive received appreciation from the SRM University vice-chancellor. The VC also gave them a cash prize of Rs. 2 lakhs each.

While receiving accolades from the varsity, the Twin brothers Saptarshi and Rajarshi thanked their parents and university faculty for their success. “We never imagined that we could achieve placement with such a package. We both schooled together and grew up with similar thoughts. We worked with the motive of achieving a job in the same sector and we achieved it. Thanks to SRM AP for the incubation center and placement cell for guiding and motivating us,” Saptarshi told a reputed media portal. “We are working with the vision to offer quality engineers, entrepreneurs and professionals to the country. In the Maiden Placement Drive itself, our graduates have shown predominance making the university a favourable destination for top industrial recruiters,” said Professor V S Rao, Vice-Chancellor, SRM University-AP. The maiden batch creates a record of 100% placement with most students getting multiple offers. 71% of students got Marquee, Super Dream, and Dream offers of Rs 20 lakhs. The professor informed that the placement drive witnessed participation from more than 600 companies.
