Today is the last day for NID 2026 M.Des Seat Allotment, Token Fee Payment and Uploading. All the candidates who have been offered a seat at NID in the Seat Allotment Round I should complete their seat allotment process today.
NID M.Des Seat Allotment Round 1
The last date for NID 2026 M.Des Seat Allotment, submission of token fee and uploading of documents is today, May 07, 2026, till midnight. Shortlisted candidates who have been allotted a seat in NID DAT M.Des 2026 Round-01 must complete the following steps by today. If the candidate fails to make the payment of token amount for the confirmation of the seat, the provisional allocation of seats allotted in Round 01 will be cancelled, and the seat will be allotted to the next qualifying candidate in the order of merit.
- Pay Token Amount: To confirm the seat, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable token fee.
- Upload Documents: Necessary documents must be uploaded for verification.

Strict Deadline: Failure to both pay the token amount and upload the required documents by the May 7 midnight deadline will lead to the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.

Merit-Based Allotment: Seats are allotted based on the availability of seats and the candidate's rank in the merit list for their respective category.

Once the verification process is complete, successfully verified candidates can expect to receive their Provisional Offer Letters later in May.
