Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has announced the exam dates for the Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering (AEEE) 2027. According to the official website, AEEE 2027 will be conducted from April 15 to May 7, 2027.

The official announcement of the AEEE 2027 exam date at aeee.amrita.edu gives engineering aspirants a confirmed exam window to plan their preparation. However, the university has not listed a January exam window on the currently available AEEE 2027 website. In previous years, Amrita conducted AEEE in two phases, with the first phase usually held in January and the second in April. For the 2027 admission cycle, the official website currently mentions the April-May examination window. More updates on AEEE 2027 are yet to be released.

Previously, Amrita had announced that the application for AEEE will begin in November 2026.

AEEE 2027 Registration and Admission Process

Students appearing for Class 12 or an equivalent examination in 2027 can apply for AEEE 2027, subject to the prescribed eligibility criteria.

The admission process includes registration, slot booking, downloading the admit card, appearing for the entrance examination and participating in the Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP).

Candidates can also apply for BTech admission through their JEE Main percentile. Students may choose to apply through AEEE, JEE Main or both admission routes, subject to the university's admission rules.

AEEE 2027 Exam Pattern

AEEE 2027 will be conducted as a computer-based test in English. The examination will have a duration of 2.5 hours. The question paper will cover Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Quantitative Aptitude. Questions will be presented in multiple-choice format.
