AICTE has released a revised academic calendar schedule. Check the revised dates on this page below.

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has released a notice on October 15 informing about the revised academic calendar for 2020-21.

As we all know, that country is going through a pandemic due to which various State Governments and ongoing admission authority of llTs and NITs requested AICTE to extend the last date of admission to first-year Engineering courses (UG and Diploma lateral entry).

Hence, AICTE has decided to revise the last date of admission to first-year Engineering courses (UG and Diploma lateral entry) November 30. Following this, the last date of commencement of classes of first-year is revised to December 01.

The office earlier had issued detailed guidelines on academic calendar 2020-21 on August 13. The classes may be started online or offline (class room) or blended mode (online + offline) following the guidelines related to COVID-19. The academic calendar may change further subject to existing conditions due to COVID-19 pandemic.
