As reported by several media, a record-breaking 3.53 lakh candidates have registered for the 2026 session, with the engineering stream seeing the highest volume of applicants.

AP EAMCET 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

Candidates must strictly adhere to the protocols to avoid disqualification:

  • Carry their AP EAMCET 2026 Hall Ticket and a valid photo ID proof.

  • No candidate will be allowed entry after the commencement of the exam. Authorities have recommended reaching the venue two hours early for verification.

  • Electronic gadgets, calculators, smartwatches, and logbooks are strictly banned. Calculation work must be done only on the provided rough sheets.

  • Wear light-coloured clothes. Multiple-pocketed trousers like cargo pants or jeans are discouraged to maintain exam integrity.

The test will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and will consists of 160 multiple-choice questions across three subjects:
