APSCHE opened AP EAPCET 2026 qualifying marks submission link for non-AP Board students (CBSE, ICSE, etc.). AP Board and RGUKT students are exempt as data is fetched automatically. Candidates must log in with their credentials hall ticket number to submit marks and ensure smooth rank generation.
AP Board Students Exempted
Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has activated the online submission link for Declaration of Qualifying Examination Marks for candidates appearing in AP EAPCET 2026.
However, students from AP Board (Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh) and Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) do not need to upload their marks, as their academic data will be fetched automatically.
To access the submission facility candidates can visit the cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EAPCET and this declaration is mandatory for non-AP Board students, including those from CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, or other state boards, who have completed their Intermediate or equivalent examination. To declare their qualification marks, candidates will have to login successfully by providing their Registration Number, EAPCET Hall Ticket Number, and Registered Mobile Number to receive a verification OTP.
AP EAMCET 2026 Step-by-Step Instructions to Submit Declaration
For students from outside AP Board and RGUKT, follow these clear steps to ensure your qualifying marks are updated in the system:

Visit the Official Site of APSCHE CET Portal and on the homepage click on the Marks Declaration Link.

Click on the tab labelled "Declaration of Qualifying Examination Marks" on the homepage.

Input unique Registration Number, EAPCET Hall Ticket Number, and Mobile Number.

Click to generate a one-time password (OTP). Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone to verify identity.

Provide exact subject-wise marks from your 10+2 / equivalent examination marksheet.

Double-check all entries and click submit to finalize your declaration.
AP EAPCET 2026 Passing Criteria
The calculation of final ranks depends heavily on satisfying the baseline score criteria set by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada:
