COMEDK 2026 Counselling Registration for Round 2 Begins Tomorrow
The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will begin the COMEDK UGET 2026 round 2 counselling process tomorrow. The process involves choice filling, seat allotment, decision making and fee payment. Candidates who wish to participate in this round must check the eligibility criteria before the counselling registration.
Students can fill in their choices for the COMEDK round 2 counselling between August 5 to 6. During this period, candidates can add, delete or rearrange their preferred colleges and branches before the allotment process begins. To fill in their choices students have to log in to the candidate portal at comedk.org. Candidates are advised to carefully review their preferences before the deadline, as the submitted choices will be considered for seat allotment. The round 2 allotment result is scheduled to be announced on August 7 at 4 PM, followed by online decision-making, fee payment and reporting to the allotted institute.
Who can Participate?
The COMEDK round 2 counselling is for the KKR or the Kalyan Karnatak Region candidates. Those candidaes whose KKR status have been approved are eligible for round 2. In this round, only KKR category seats will be allotted for KKR approved candidates that are available as per seat availability. For all candidates who selected 'Reject and Upgrade' in round1 and belong to KKR category, the seats would be allotted in the KKR category (as per availability) as per their rank and as per the college and course
preference given by them. In case they select 'Reject and Upgrade' for allotment in COMEDK round 2, the allotment will be done during the next round for General Merit seats.
