The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will commence the COMEDK 2025 round 4 counselling process tomorrow, September 2. The authority will activate the COMEDK UGET 2025 choice filling link at 3 PM on the website, comedk.org. Students will have to access the candidate login portal using their application sequence number/user ID and password to mark their preferences. The last date for COMEDK choice filling for round 4 is September 4, 10 AM.
This is the final round of counselling, hence candidates are advised to fill in a maximum number of choices to increase their admission chances. The authority will release the list of seat availability for round 4 COMEDK counselling. Candidates must refer to the COMEDK 2025 seat matrix for round 4 to know about the additions/removal of seats. Steps for COMEDK UGET 2025 Choice Filling
- Visit the website, comedk.org
- On the homepage, click on the candidate login and select the engineering login tab
- Enter the login credentials and submit
- Click on the choice filling tab
- Select your preferences and submit
The COMEDK UGET seat allotment will be based on the choices filled and the candidate’s merit in the exam. Here is the COMEDK UGET counselling schedule for round 4.

After the allotment of seats in COMEDK UGET counselling 2025, applicants will get the option to surrender their seat. Applicants must note that the seat once surrendered cannot be claimed by the candidate and the decision taken is final. Hence, please be careful before surrendering the seat allotted in COMEDK UGET counselling 202. The steps to surrender seats allotted in COMEDK counselling seat allotment are given below.
- Visit the COMEDK official website.
- Login using user ID and password.
- Click on Click Here for Seat Surrender button from the login window.
- Verify the details in form and proceed only after understanding the implications.
- Click on Submit button if you are sure you want to surrender your seat.
- Click on Proceed button to provide confirmation of your decision Login again and click on Seat Surrender tab to view your surrender confirmation and Take print out of the same for future reference.
The stages of COMEDK UGET counselling covers the following stages -
- Register and document uploading (June 9 to 18)
- The documents are verified by the exam authorities.
- If the documents are successfully verified, then candidates are eligible to participate in the mock round and Round 1 counselling.
- Next, candidates must participate in the mock choice filling round.
- After the choice filling, a mock allotment round list will be published on the website.
- Once done, the round 1 choice filling begins, where candidates can make changes in the choice filling form (if required).
- After the process, the seat allotment list for Round 1 will be published on the website.
- Thenafter, candidates need to make a decision from anyone of the following - accept and freeze/accept and upgrade/reject and upgrade or reject and withdraw.
The participation in the round 2 and 3 depends on the decisions made during the previous rounds. The COMEDK 2025 round 1 counselling registration started on June 9 and the last date to register is June 18 (2:00 pm).
