IIT Guwahati is all set to start GATE 2026 registration process on its official website. Candidates appearing for GATE 2026 exam can review details below and ensure they have all documents ready before GATE 2026 application form link is activated.
GATE 2026 application form will be released on August 25, and candidates must be aware of registration process, instructions, and documents required to complete form. Here, candidates can check all GATE 2026 documents that are required, starting from registration to uploading. GATE 2026 exam will take place on February 7, 8, 14, and 15.
GATE 2026 Document Checklist to keep ready before registration
- Scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof
- Candidate photograph
- Signature of applicant
- Category certificate in PDF format
- OBC-NCL and EWS candidates must not submit any documents during registration
- PwD certificate (optional)
- Dyslexic certificate (optional)
Accepted ID proof for GATE 2026 registration: Aadhar ID, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving License
For international candidates, only a valid passport/government-issued ID/ driving license will be accepted as a recognisable identification document.
