GATE 2022 application form correction process to begin on Nov 1
Candidates who want to change the category, paper and exam city will be able to do so on the official web portal, gate.iitkgp.ac.in. The last date for GATE 2022 application form correction facility with an additional fee is November 12, 2021.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, the conducting body of GATE 2022, will begin the GATE 2022 application form correction process on November 1 online on the official website at gate.iitkgp.ac.in.
Candidates who want to change the category, paper and exam city will be able to do so on the official web portal, gate.iitkgp.ac.in. Candidates have to pay a prescribed fee to make changes in their GATE application form. The last date for GATE 2022 application form correction facility with an additional fee is November 12, 2021. GATE 2022 admit card will be released on January 3.
GATE 2022 will be held on February 5, 6, 12 and 13, at various test centres across the country. The exam will not be conducted in foreign countries, due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

How to correct GATE 2022 application form?
Candidates should follow the below-mentioned steps to make changes in the GATE 2022 application form.
- Visit the official website, gate.iitkgp.ac.in.
- Log in using application number, email ID and password.
- Click on the option to edit the form and make changes in the form accordingly.
- Candidates must note that they have to pay an extra amount to make changes in the application form.
- Now, click on the ‘submit’ button.
- Take a print out for future reference.
