GATE 2026 Exam Starts Tomorrow; Check branch-wise Schedule Here
GATE 2026 will be held on four days starting from tomorrow. As per schedule, GATE will be held in two shifts. Candidates are advised to carry their GATE admit card 2026 and any one photo ID to exam centre. Check brach-wise GATE 2026 exam dates here
GATE 2026: Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, will be conducting GATE exam on February 7, 8, 14 and 15. Tomorrow, GATE 2026 will be held in two shifts: 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 to 5:30 pm. As per schedule available on official website GATE forenoon session will be held for AG, ES, GG, IN, MA, MN, TF, XE, XL. Whereas GATE afternoon session will be conducted for AE, BT, CH, CY, GE, PH, XH tomorrow.
Candidates appearing for MTech entrance exam must download their GATE admit card from GOAPs portal. They need to carry their GATE 2026 admit card and any one photo ID to exam centre. They are also advised to reach the centre at least 60 to 90 minutes before reporting time.

What not to carry at GATE 2026 Exam Centre?
Candidates are advised not to carry mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, notes, books, bags, study materials, or any kind of electronic devices inside exam centre. They must note that tough sheets will be provided at centre and candidates must write their name and registration number on them before using them. They must wear simple and comfortable clothes and strictly follow all instructions given by invigilators.
