The GATE 2026 application form correction last date is November 10. Candidates who have registered and want to make edits or changes can do it within the deadline. There will be no further extension after that. The GATE 2026 admit card will be issued based on the information provided by the applicants on January 2, 2026.

Candidates can make edits to their GATE form correction window 2026 following the steps below -
- Visit the GATE GOAPS portal
- Login using enrollment ID and passwordΒ
- Select information you want to edit
- Pay the fees and submit
What to edit during GATE 2026 Correction Window?
Candidates can edit the following details -
- Name
- Date of birth
- Exam cities
- Existing paper (primary paper)
- Change of gender to female
- Change of gender from female to any other gender
- Category of SC/ST
- Change of category from SC/ST to any other category
- Change from non-PwD/Dyslexic to PwD/Dyslexic
- Any other change in category
- Personal details
- Qualifying degree details
During the correction process, candidates can change their name, category, paper, educational qualification, etc. details by paying a specific amount of fee. IIT Guwahati will conduct the GATE 2026 exam on February 7, 8, 14, and 15 in two shifts.
