IIITH PGEE 2025 Exam Tomorrow: Know Timings, Pattern, Syllabus, Admit Card details, etc.

The International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, is all set to conduct the IIITH PGEE 2025 exam tomorrow (April 19). Candidates appearing for the exam must download their admit card in order to appear for the IIITH PGEE MTech exam. Read below to know more about the pattern, timings, syllabus, etc. 

The International Institute of Information Technology will conduct the IIITH PGEE 2025 exam on April 19 (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM) nationwide. Candidates appearing for the exam must download their IIITH PGEE hall ticket using their user ID and password. 

Qualifying candidates will be eligible for admission in various engineering disciplines -computer science and engineering, computer science and information security, computer-aided structural engineering, and product design and management. 

IIITH PGEE 2025 Exam Pattern

The entrance test will be held online on April 19 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, comprising two papers - a general aptitude paper and a subject paper. Candidates can check the IIITH PGEE 2025 exam pattern below-

• The exam mode is online.
• The duration of the exam is two hours.
• The general aptitude paper is of 90 minutes, and the subject paper is 90 minutes. 
• For incorrect responses, there will be a negative marking of 25% in both papers.

IIITH PGEE 2025 Syllabus

Candidates can check the syllabus for the IIITH PGEE below -

• IIITH PGEE General Aptitude Test Syllabus - basic aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic questions on computers and mathematics. 
• Engineering mathematics (common for CSE, ECE, and Civil) - linear algebra and calculus
• Computer Science and Engineering - digital logic, C programming, data structures, basic algorithms and problem solving, discrete mathematics and probability theory, relational databases (functional dependencies, SQL), computer networks, and operating systems.
• Electronics and Communication Engineering - digital logic, circuit theory and networks, electronic devices and circuits, signals and systems, probability theory and random processes, laplace and fourier transforms, communication theory, and digital signal processing. 
• Civil Engineering - solid mechanics, structural analysis, concrete structures, steel structures, hydraulics and water resources engineering, and mathematics topics- laplace and fourier transforms. 

Candidates appearing for the IIITH PGEE exam must carry their admit card to the exam along with any one of the following valid ID proof -

• Aadhar card
• PAN Card
• Voter ID
• Driving License or Passport

With that, candidates are also advised to reach the test centre an hour before the commencement of the exam. The IIITH PGEE 2025 results for MTech admission will be announced within 10 to 15 days after the exam.
